Inca Evo does not store patient data. Any data sent to our servers is transient and processed within Australia. All communication uses secure SSL/TLS encryption for data transport - the same level of encryption employed by leading banks and government agencies.

The minimal data we collect is secured in databases encrypted at rest in Australian data centres, with access restricted to authorised support or technical personnel.

How does it obtain information about patients and providers?
Once linked to your PMS, Inca Evo automatically retrieves and records patient information, including current conditions and care plan eligibility.

All data remains within your PMS, as Inca Evo does not store any information itself.
Can I use my current providers?
Absolutely! Inca Evo integrates with your existing address book for providers. Documents will be automatically sent to the providers based on the details entered into your PMS.
What type of licence options do you offer?
We provide a range of options tailored to meet the needs of your organisation:

GP Licence: Designed for individual GPs managing their own CDM.

Team Licence: Suited for clinics with both GPs and Nurses involved in CDM.

Enterprise Licence: Tailored for multi-clinic corporate groups and organisations.

Can I cancel or change my licence?
If you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel at the end of your billing cycle. You can also change your licence at any time through the self-service portal.
