Terms & Conditions for Inca Evo AAPM Competition

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals who sign up for Inca Evo using the promo code AAPMVIP during the competition period. To be eligible for the prize draw, entrants must:

  • Sign up for Inca Evo between 15/10/2024 and 10/11/2024.
  • Commence using the product by 10/11/2024.

Employees of Precedence Health Care, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

2. Entry Period

The competition begins at 12:00 AM (AEST) on 15/10/2024 and ends at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 10/11/2024.

 

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition:

  • Use the code provided when signing up for Inca Evo during the entry period.
  • Start using the product before the entry period closes to be eligible.

Each entrant is only eligible to enter once. Multiple sign-ups or attempts to enter using different emails/accounts will be disqualified.

 

4.Prize

The major prize is valued at $250AUD. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another prize.

 

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing.

 

6. Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified via the email address provided during the sign-up process within 7 days of the prize draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.

 

7. General Conditions

  • By entering the competition, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Precedence Health Care reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Precedence Health Care reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  • Precedence Health Care will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the entrant in connection with entering the competition, including but not limited to technical failures, loss of data, or delays in communications.

8. Privacy

By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of conducting the competition in accordance with Precedence Health Care’s privacy policy.

 

9. Governing Law

This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
